If he does not know who his Pfizer representative is he should call Pfizer at 1-212-733-2323. Pfizer will dispatch a representative to meet with your doctor, drop off the coupons and explain how the program works.

Only doctors who normally prescribe products cardiovascular products are appropriate to participate in this program.

This program is generally not appropriate for doctors who do not routinely prescribe cardiovascular products for such as retired doctors, surgeons, eye doctors, dentists, etc.
